1. Profile Photo: The guest who booked the reservation must have a photo of themselves displayed in their profile. 2. Number of Guests: The total number of guests on the premise should be accurately reflected on the reservation at the time of booking. Additional guests are not authorized at the property unless approved in writing in advance by the hosts. 3. Noise/Parties: Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise or music in the backyard to a reasonable level. There are no parties permitted. Please keep our home and neighborhood a comfortable place for all. 4. Pets: No unauthorized pets allowed on premises. 5. Smoking/Fires: No smoking/fires on the premises whatsoever. 6. Parking: Parking is available in the driveway or on the street. Please do not park on the grass or any landscaping. 7. Position/Condition: Place all remotes, tables, chairs, decorative items etc. in the same position or condition as when you arrived. 8. Damages/Maintenance: Please report any damages or maintenance issues as soon as possible to allow us the opportunity to address issues promptly. 9. Pool Policy: For safety purposes, all guests are required to follow all pool rules posted at the property as well as listed here: The pool is NOT enclosed and minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times. No glass. No diving. No running. No food in the pool. Swim at your own risk. All adult guests will be required to sign the pool waiver prior to receiving check in instructions. Failure to follow house rules may result in cancellation of the booking and/or fees.
